ABOUT THIS TOOLKIT

Working together to end lead poisoning

This toolkit was developed by AMCHP to share innovative practices and methods that nine different state teams tested out as part of a three-year Collaborative Improvement and Innovation Network (CoIIN) to improve access to systems and services that address the needs for pregnant women, infants, children, and families that are exposed to lead.
